Text Box: This exhibit will run through October of 2013.

Bolton Hall Museum is open on Sunday and Tuesday from 1 PM to 4 PM.
There are many interesting things to experience.
Stop by for a visit, you’ll be glad you did.

Take yourself back in time to 1912 when there was nothing but rocks on the corner of Sunset and El Centro (Commerce and Valmont).

Imagine yourself at the ceremony that took place when the cornerstone was laid.

What was it like to come to a recital, dance or community meeting at Bolton Hall “back in the day”.

Things change... the community changes and Bolton Hall goes through some changes too.  The building was abandoned and boarded up.

Fast forward to 1959 and the Little Landers Historical Society was formed to save Bolton Hall from destruction.  If Bolton Hall had been razed, what would have been erected on the site?  More ugly apartments or condos to add to the density of the area?

The story of saving Bolton Hall shows just how committed the Sunland-Tujunga community can be when we want something.  Bolton Hall stands as a monument to all that is good about our community.
